Camp Activate
Summer Holiday Programme 2010

Our Camp Activate Programme commences on Monday 26th July, offering full day activities for 8yrs+, from 0900-1500 for just £12 per child, as well as casual court hire. Under 8yrs can attend for an hour and a half, either during the morning or afternoon of our full day activities programme.

• Mondays is 2010 Olympians Challenge Day
• Tuesdays – Mini Adventurers and Mini Sports
• Wednesdays – Ball Games Day
• Thursdays and Fridays – courts available to hire @ £1 per child
• Fridays – Roller Rumpus from 1430-1600 @ £1 per child – you may bring your own skates or blades for these sessions.

Things to bring with children participating in our Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday activities are:

• A packed lunch, drinks and snacks.
• Swimming kit.

Our Cycling proficiency Course takes place from:

• Monday 9th to Wednesday 11th August
• 1100-13.00
• 10yrs+
• £12 per person
• Must attend all three days to be eligible for the test certificate.
• A minimum of 6 participants required for the course to go ahead.

Booking for all of the above activities is required. Wisecards are applicable to Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Outdoor Tennis courts available to hire
• Off-peak hours 9am-5pm @ £1.90 per court – junior rate
• Peak hours 5pm-9pm @ £3.50 per court – junior rate
• Book and pay at Reception
• Tennis racquets available to hire @ 50p per racquet

Soft Play area available during all our opening hours
• £2.10 per child per session

Learn to swim for free with ASA - Are you 11yrs+ and a non-swimmer? If so, you are eligible to take part in some free ASA (amateur swimming association) lessons which are being run over the whole of Wiltshire’s swimming facilities. It is planned to run these sessions during the Summer Holidays at Tisbury Pool, should participating numbers be sufficient. The sessions fall into three groups:

• 11+ Group (non swimmers)
• Mixed Adults (non swimmers)
• Water confidence 60+ (non swimmers)

If you would like to take part, please provide your name and a contact telephone number to the Receptionist at the Sports Centre, and if you need a new swimming costume and goggles, we have a great selection available for purchase.

All of our adult activities and private clubs are running as normal during this holiday programme.
