Welcome to the Nadder Valley Focus community website. The website is a much expanded version of Focus Magazine that has been produced monthly for over twenty-five years. Its purpose is to bring information and news of local organisations and activities to visitors and people in Tisbury and the villages of the Nadder Valley. The site is maintained by volunteers. Have a look - explore the valley with us!

On these pages you will find information about community organizations and events; information about
schools and activities for young people; photos, a map, descriptions and history of the fifteen Nadder Valley villages; names and photos of churches and clergy, along with a schedule of church services; information about special services such as baptisms, confirmations, weddings and funerals, listings for pubs, restaurants, hotels and, finally, a slide show of images of the beautiful Nadder Valley. Click on the drop-down menus to see what’s on offer.

If you are a local business, large or small, a club, community group or voluntary organisation in the Nadder Valley, or a resident with a blog or personal website, then you are welcome to be part of this community website. If you are a visitor, we hope you find this information useful, and we welcome your queries or comments.

Get involved! If you have any suggestions for new features on our site, or have information you would like to have included, photographs especially, please drop us a line . You can contact us via
editor@nadderfocus.co.uk.

The fifteen Nadder Valley villages are located in the triangle from Warminster to Shaftesbury in the west to Salisbury in the east, in beautiful Southwest Wiltshire. The Nadder Valley lies south of the A303 and north of the A30. There are no major roads, but we are well-served by the direct rail line to London Waterloo.
